Junior and Senior Visual Designers — Shanghai

ROYALCLUB is growing.

We're looking for a talented Visual Designers to join our Shanghai team: passionate, curious, and driven people who care about craft and want to create work they're proud of.

We're an independent creative studio based in Shanghai and Madrid collaborating with leading global brands on exciting projects - primarily in sports, but also across fashion, culture, entertainment, and lifestyle. We're an international team with big ambitions, driven by collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to exceptional craft.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years of experience working in a creative agency or in-house for a brand.

  • Is passionate about design, sports, and emerging culture.

  • Has a sharp eye for detail and strong visual craft.

  • Is fluent in both Chinese and English.

  • Has a solid command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and is comfortable using modern AI-powered creative tools as part of their workflow.

  • Is confident working independently while collaborating closely with Creative Directors and the wider team.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, flexible environment and takes ownership of their work.

  • Has illustration skills (a strong plus).
